St Martin’s Players present a wonderfully characterful, family friendly performance of Paddington Bear’s First Concert, recorded and streamed to you from our very own London church of St Martin-in-the-Fields. The piece by Herbert Chappell is based on the childhood favourite story book by Michael Bond and follows Paddington Bear as he meets his friends the Browns and lovely Mr Gruber in London. The charming musical journey of the world’s most famous bear includes music by Schubert, Haydn and Rossini. Make sure you bring your teddies to join in with the music!

To help to get the most out of the performance, we are also delighted to offer a complimentary programme for the concert, with more details of the performers and works included. Download the programme here.
