Great Sacred Choral Classics for St Martin’s Day
Thursday 11th November 2021
An hour-long sequence of words and music marking St Martin’s Day and Remembrance Day, reflecting on St Martin’s role in World War One and its subsequent ministry with the homeless and in social justice.
Led by Revd Dr Sam Wells
Choir of St Martin-in-the-Fields
Directed by Jennifer Sterling
A retiring collection and online donations will be shared between support for the Choir of St Martin-in-the-Fields, and the Kwasa College Primary School at Daggafontein South Africa, remembering the legacy of apartheid and how education is a key driver to overcoming the impact of colonialism and racism.
